_ [Lifehack]名古屋ライフハック研究会vol.4
今回は「ライフハック心理学」や「メンタルハックス」の佐々木正悟さんの講演がメインでした。しかし自分にとっては、初めてライトニングトークをすることにした (しかもマインドハックとは何の関係もないネタで) という、特別な会でした
佐々木さんの講演は、ライフハックと心理学は近い位置にあること、精神状態をどのような状態にするのがよいのか、など

ここにまとめた内容は、自分が取ったノートから起こしたものであり、講演内容すべてを網羅したものではありません。また、あくまで自分が取ったノートがもとなので、内容の誤りがあるかもしれません
ここにまとめたほかに「『そう』状態とは？」というお話もあったのですが、ライトニングトークが近づいていて緊張してしまい、ノートもとれず話も聞こえず、という状態になっていたので割愛orz
さてライトニングトーク。当初参加者は20〜30人だろうと思っていたのに、実際には50人近くいてびびった。これまでにもプレゼンの機会はあったけれど、こんな人数の前でやるのは初めてだったので
なんとか予定したことは全部発表し (制限時間5分を10秒ほど超えてしまったけど)、途中で笑いもあがったので、初めてにしては上出来だったかな、と。でもやはりかなり緊張はしてしまい、懇親会で「緊張してたねぇ」といわれてしまいました
ライトニングトークは全部で7人、わたしは2番目だったのだけど、始まる前は緊張で、終了後は気が抜けたので、話を聞くので精一杯でノートをとれなかったorz しかし皆さんの発表は、硬派な人、ネタに走る人、いろいろいるけどどれも素晴らしい

しかしこの名古屋ライフハック研究会のすごいところは、懇親会で本の交換会があちこちで自然発生することだと思う。今回わたしは貸した本を回収し、借りた本を返し、新しい本を借りただけで、自分が提供することはなかったのだけど、やりとりされている本を見ているだけでも面白かった
最近は図書館で本を借りることがほとんどなんだけど、もっとしっかり本を読んで、人に紹介できるようになりたいものだ
